As promised, I have returned to the interwebs with the cable for my camera to download my pictures. Here ya go...
We had a kitten there to meet us again this year. Last year we had Palmata. This year a new little one. We haven't picked a name yet though.
Mary and I are staying at "the house across the street", one of the houses we have rented out the last 3 years.
Here is the yellow house that we have also rented the last 3 years. The lab and Eric and Brian and Mike are staying here.
There's a pretty nice view from the yellow house lab patio upstairs.
They have built a ginormous new house next to the yellow house.
This morning we got stuff from the storage unit. Mike and I had a very exciting trip back with one of the hard sided rubbermaid troughs on the roof of the jeep. Of course that was our fault because we were impatient and didn't wait for the better rope which was arriving shortly. :)
Here is Brian getting the Hello Kitty sewing machine back up and running.
Here are Eric and Mike in the wetlab that they are putting together for raising the larvae in kriesels in the rubbermaid trough in the air conditioned room. I must say, it looks really nice this year.
The kriesels for the larvae are going to go in this trough and they nicely rigged up the mainfolds to run them on the sides.
There some awesome looking mangoes at our house and Iliana's!
And now for the best part of the whole day...Mike's super surprise that Eric and I brought from our trip to the store:
APPLE BANANAS!!!
They are one of his most favorite things and he had them here two years ago. Last year they only had green ones and we got them the first or second day and they never turned yellow, so he was very sad. This year, I think we are good to go!
He was so excited that he acted like a monkey:
And spun around like an excited puppy. Ha!
